People Per Room Interior Room Ocean-view Room Room with Balcony

Don't have a roommate? No problem! For anyone not having a roommate, we will do our best to match you up with someone of the same gender. Most people opt for 2 to a room. If you would like a triple or quad room, but this does not become available, you may need to pay the cost of a double. At our pre-trip meeting, you will have opportunity to talk with your potential roommate before the trip to determine compatibility.

Deposit & Final Payment

  • The initial deposit of $400 per person is due with the reservation form to secure a space. Please note that if your reservation is sent in close to the date of the final payment, then the full amount is due.
  • Final payment must be received by MSTI on or before Saturday, March 1, 2003. Any payments received after this date are assessed a $30 late payment fee.

Airline tickets, once written, are non-refundable. We recommend cancellation insurance (see below) to cover any loss. We will distribute final details packets at our pre-trip meeting. If you cannot attend our pre-trip meeting, details will be sent to you no less than 14 days prior to departure.

Please Note: These cancellation guidelines are imposed upon us by the airlines, and so we must pass them along to you.
