They assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, vessel, carriage, automobile, airplane or other conveyance which will be used either wholly or in part. Neither will they be responsible for any act, error, omission or any injury, loss, accident, or any delay which may be occasioned by reason of defect of any vehicle, or through neglect or default of any company or persons engaged in the conveying of passengers.

The tour directors accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in train, steamer, airplane services or that of any other conveyance, sickness, accident, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes and all such losses shall be borne by passenger.

Prices and schedules appearing in this publication are based on current schedules and tariff rates and are subject to change without notice. MSTI and associates reserve the right to modify or change the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by changes in schedules.

All transportation concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their conveyance. The passage contract in use by conveyance concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the conveyance and purchases of tours and/or the passenger.

Registration with deposit received by MSTI from person(s), whether active or passive, constitutes acceptance and compliance with the content of this statement, either stated or implied, and declares, without reservation, to not hold MST and associates responsible for any act associated with the execution and/or function of the itinerary, in part or in whole, contained herein.
