Many Activities

There are tons of things to do in Italy. Rome contains so many historical and art sites that you cannot see them all in just one week. Some of the highlights include such worldwide treasures as the Coliseum, Nero's Palaces, Circus Maximus, the Spanish Steps, the Fountains of Trevi, exploring inside the Christian catacombs along the Appian Way, and the Vatican (the Sistine Chapel, St. Peters Cathedral).

No discussion of Italy is complete without a description of the sumptuous food. Fresh-braked breads, pastas, pizzas, wine, and homemade ice cream are just some of the great treats. Pass by any street in Italy and you will see rows of open-air cafes, where you are invited to sit and enjoy the food all day if you like.

Rome is also a vibrant city that loves to socialize. Their dinners alone last from 7pm to 11pm every night and are the highlight of any day! Imagine squares, fountains, and parks at every other intersection full of fascinating people to talk to. Italians love to socialize and are a friendly and welcoming people.

There are cafes on every street, and monuments and sites to see at every turn. Experience a 2500+ year old city
